I think you're forgetting that just because there may be investigation doesn't mean anything happened. If the IRS investigated you would that mean you'd done anything wrong? No, of course not. Well guess what? Sorry to ruin your day but the shame holds true for Cain.
"Investigation" is a buzz word, designed to alarm people, which is exactly what you seem to be hoping for. Dream on.
