Think about it: He's a CEO and head of this professional organization, he's gotta have a whole law firm on retainer to deal with every day legal issues that inevitably arise when you reach that level of corporate power. If they had his power of attorney, it's possible he just told them to "DEAL WITH THIS" and they did. The fact that no further actions were taken against him seems to give testament that the job was accomplished as requested. He doesn't need to know the outcome of every little thing his legal team does for him.
Sorry, my friend. To me, it just doesn’t wash. I like Cain. I’d happily support him as the nominee. Cain by all accounts has lead an exemplary, virtuous life. He’s a good man. So when he’s TWICE accused, falsely, by his account, of sexual harassment, he darn well wants to know what’s happening with the claims.
