Parents of "Adolf Hitler" and "Aryan Nation" claim a judge found no evidence of abuse, but the state still hasn't given their kids back
Heath and Deborah Campbell, who named two of their children Adolf Hitler and JoyceLynn Aryan Nation, are claiming that a court vindicated them of all abuse allegations last month. But after 33 months in foster care, the children are still not home.
New Jersey Family Court officials had no comment Tuesday.
Actually, the judge and DYFS told us that there was no evidence of abuse and that it was the names! They were taken over the children's names, Heath Campbell told NBC 10 Tuesday.
Court records last year stated that the children were not removed from the home because of their names, but because of tangible evidence of abuse or neglect.
Protesting the fact that they still don't have their kids, the Campbells picketed with three other people outside of child services offices in Flemington, N.J. Tuesday. The couple spoke exclusively to NBC 10, saying that the state has no right to keep their children away from them now that the court allegedly ruled that the kids were taken away without cause.
They beg to see their dad, they want to see their dad all the time.
While the Campbells maintained from the beginning that the only reason their children were taken away is because of their given names, New Jersey court documents stated last year that there was alleged abuse and parental incompetence.
A New Jersey appeals court ruled in August 2010 that there was sufficient evidence of abuse or neglect because of domestic violence in the home, and though there was a gag order for both parties in the case (which the Campbells have broken multiple times to deny the allegations), authorities have stated in the past that putting the children into the foster system had nothing to do with their names.
Court records stated last year that both parents were victims of childhood abuse and both were unemployed and suffering from unspecified physical and psychological disabilities.
The Campbells say that a judge will decide by early December if the kids will come home.
"Can't wait for the decision," Heath Campbell said Tuesday. "Can't wait for them to come home."

Sage Moonblood - Sylvester Stallone!!!!!
#1. These people are idiots.
#2. This is America and until a law is passed (like some countries have done) people can name their kids whatever they want.
#3 The kids can always get their name changed when they become an adult. There is always nick names they can go by before this is done.
#4. DFS should be more concerned about the children that are in actual DANGER while being with their parent/s. Last I knew horrible names are not a danger.
Good point. When I lived in Cologne, the Germans had a book of names. If the name you chose for your child was not on the list, you had to choose another name or find a way to get the name on the list.
Anyone remember the little New Zealand girl named “Tallulah Does The Hula From Hawaii”? She was 9 years old and a judge allowed her to change her name because “the bizarre name makes a fool of the girl and would pose a likely handicap later in life”. He also said the parents showed poor judgement. In order to write her name correctly I googled and found the below article, looking at a list of given baby names in the article, there are a lot of people who appear not only to have poor judgement in naming their children, but are actually cruel. And Adolph Hitler and Aryan Nation fit that bill, the names show poor judgement and abuse on the parents part as the children will be held up to ridicule and hatred just because the parents named them for someone and something that the majority of people consider evil. A name is something you have for life and parents need to consider how other people will perceive the child based on the name they give that child. Might not be fair but that’s how life is.

Anyone named “Latrina” should, as soon as she is old enough, legally change her name and sue her parents for damages.
People should be smart enough to consider how a name sounds with their surname before tagging a child with it! If your last name is Long then name your son Richard but if your last name is Short don’t do it. If your last name is a color don’t name your son Richard. If your last name is Butts think a long time before picking a first name, don’t name your daughter Rosie for instance. If your last name is Rainwater don’t name your son Ian Patrick.
Since when did the political correctness police get to decide what are appropriate names for a child? They already decide what we can say. This is none of the nanny state’s or government’s business. This kind of mentality that the government knows best about a child’s name is an outrage.
The bottom line here is if they had named their children Tom and Gerri that this would not have happened. Where is the ACLU on this? They and the SPLC and others of their ilk are conniving on what other rights can be stolen from all Americans in the name of PCness. They need to sue someone except that first could they need a judge that believes in rights, instead of agendas. They are few and far between.
