Watching Hillary lately, I get the impression that she is consuming large amounts of adult beverages. When she entered the room and plopped into the chair and started with the “we came...”, she looked and acted like she’d had three too many Cosmos on the plane. I think she’s looking at what’s going on in the WH and saying “The Hell with it. I’m gonna have some fun.”
Actually, I’d say more likely to be some kind of medication. That didn’t seem to be her normal behavior....and I’d ask if she had some new health issues requiring pain killers.
