You have abandonment. (a good sole custody issue alone)
You have concealing children with “friends”.
Your have Denial of custody to the other parent.

She is up there INDEFINITLY.

In front of a judge she is toast.

Maybe so...... but not in Florida.

There is no such thing as “sole-custody” in Florida. Sorry, there’s not.

Trust me, I am living proof. Could not strip my ex’s parental rights for the protection of my child. Even though I had restraining orders and child neglect judgments in hand.
