Maybe so...... but not in Florida.

There is no such thing as “sole-custody” in Florida. Sorry, there’s not.

Trust me, I am living proof. Could not strip my ex’s parental rights for the protection of my child. Even though I had restraining orders and child neglect judgments in hand.

it does happen, it has happend, and can be done.

Don’t know about your case and how it compares to other situations.
