Attacking Reagan in these debates isn’t wise.

FactCheck: Illegals employed at his home, but by contractor
Giuliani & Romney both stretched the facts when Giuliani accused Romney of employing illegal aliens at his home. Giuliani said, “At his own home illegal immigrants were being employed. So I would say he had sanctuary mansion, not just sanctuary city.” When asked if he did have illegal immigrants working at his mansion, Romney replied, “No, I did not.”

The fact is, as reported by the Boston Globe in 2006, several illegals worked at Romney’s home in Belmont MA, off and on over a period of eight years, sometimes working 11-hour days. They were, however, employed by a contractor, and not directly by Romney. So, Giuliani was technically correct to say that “illegal immigrants were being employed,” since he used the passive voice and didn’t specify who did the employing. Romney could also argue that he was technically correct to say “I did not” have illegals working, since he didn’t employ them directly.

CNN just s*cks with many of these questions. I am so disgusted with them!

Well, as you may know, Rick Perry did go to Israel to get some info on border security.

Newt's been the best in the debates again.

Romney's finally taking some heat and he just doesn't do well in that position.

Santorum’s right, we HAVE negotiated directly with terrorists, many times.

From the North African Berbers, to the Chinese Boxers, and dozens of other examples, over the years.

Perry does say what he believes, even though it is sometimes difficult for him to put the words properly together. Obama just reads a teleprompter and feels clever.
His followers are brainwashed by the media.

Newt is a master speaker and Bachman takes us to school pretty darn well herself with intellectual heft and command of the facts.

Gingrich
Cain
Bachman

Runaway debaters all.

This is the first debate I’ve seen (no television reception...catching this on the net). Perry looks weak,

lol! This is his best performance to date!

I'd swear he was drugged up during prior performances. Either that, or he's only firing on 7 cylinders.

Cain is sharp. Sounds to me like the rest of the crew is doing their version of a Cain impersonation.

I tried to look up the origin of teabagger and Anderson Cooper is certainly credited with it. It may have started elsewhere are applied to the Tea Party, but his disgusting remark: “its hard to talk when you are teabagging” is what is most attributed. He is a disgusting little pervert.

Perry: Unfund the UN

One of his best moments. Someone has to say it. But that's a classic case where Perry fails. He doesn't back it up and explain and teach why the UN should be defunded. Just stating it is not enough. he is not a sufficient debater like a Newt to describe what the UN is doing that requires us to defund them.

Give him a piece of string to play with and set him over in the corner. He’s done already.

Thanks for an honest post about Perry.

These things always turn out that Cain supporters will think Cain did well and so on.

I’m gonna watch it later with a little more hope after reading your post.
