LIBERATE PHILADELPHIA/LIBERATE AMERICA, begun before the group above, has the right approach. You'll find them on face book.
As Mark Steyn put it, Anarchists for Big Government
(Off topic) Before zero was elected, I complained that our government was irreparably broken. Naturally, I was flamed for being negative and not too bright.
Today, we have a government that is out of control, has spent us broke and many in the government (far too many, IMO) and moreso in the DBM, embrace the rabble of OWS “protestors”.
Too many government “officials” (including Dear Leader) and DBM pundits think that the filthy, spoiled, ignorant children of the OWS movement are capable of showing the rest of us “the way”.
And, yet, more than 4 weeks into their “protest”, they still haven’t settled on a unified message - or even something that the majority of them agree they should be protesting.
And, we are supposed to believe that they can show the rest of us “the way”!!?? Toto, I don’t think we’re in Kansas, anymore. Increasingly, it becomes more obvious to me that there is only one way to end the nightmare we are living and that is to re-take our country. If the OWS “protestors” and their fellow travellers don’t like it and don’t like what America stands for, the broken down (and broke!) countries of Europe will welcome them with open arms!!
But, for the rest of us, the inmates have run the asylum too long and we need to take it back if we are going to restore order and sanity to America.
Great signage!
The kid with a lemonade stand, the couple who opens a little eatery on the corner, the man who plants a field of corn and sell his harvest...these are the “heart of capitalism.”
Wallstreet may indeed be the “heart of corporatism”, but corporate legal protections and how far they should extend is an entirely different kettle of fish, and is of far more debatable value to humanity.
