One strategy:

“I may not know all there is to know about any of these candidates. But if the MSM is ganging up on Cain, then that’s who I’m voting for. They must be terrified of him. And if so, then that’s who we need.”

Hmmmm. Interesting strategy! Wait for the MSM to start picking on a candidate (Cain) vs. pumping a candidate (Romney), and vote for that candidate.

Rasmussen is heartless, a bigot, a racist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Texas (everything I've been called since Perry entered the race...)

Go Cain!!! And yes, GO NEWT!!! Newt and Cain atleast can stand up to these loser moderators during these stupid debates.

BTW Huntsman is a loser who shouldn't be even invited to debates and I want to see someone smack Romney's smirk off at the next debate.

Sorry Perrybots, I don't hate Perry or Texas, but his debate performances = too many benzos, and his immigration policy is worse than the most liberal of Republicans who have traveled to Israel to discuss the importance of building a fence. But La Raza Rick rather have them get free in state tuition and their votes!!!

Ya don't like that most FReepers support Cain? Go develop your own website, like the Rudybots did and I think it failed after a week...

The same poll show that Cain also edges out Romney in two-man scenarios:

Cain 43%
Romney 42%

Cain 54%
Perry 29%

Romney 54%
Perry 30%

I have a good memory. The Rudybots here 4 years ago were going ALMOST as nutty as the Perrybots are going here.

In the past few days, myself and many others have been called: Racist, bigot, anti-immigrant, anti-Texas, Ron Paul supporter (worst attack possible!)

So the Rudybots made their own website to counter Free Republic to "stick it to us". I think it lasted maybe a week or two and then disappeared into the dustbin of history.

Now, this isn't a technical scientific study but the average Perrybot supports Perry because he is from Texas, that's all. Now Obama is from Illinois yet every IL FReeper I know of voted against him and won't vote for him in 2012. Even though he is from our state.

Maybe they bought into the secession statement by Perry. But, the proof is in the pudding outside of Texas, Perry doesn't sell. I want a conservative, and someone who says I'm "heartless" for not pandering to La Raza can go to hell. And you can call me any name you want Perrybots, a wise FReeper has taught me how to respond to trolls and it is silence :)

This post is to the folks who aren't complete drones.

And for the person who attacked us Sarah Palin supporters, you just are an embarrassment and should move to Huffington Post. If it weren't for Palin we wouldn't have nearly the success we had in 2010!!!

Looks like Ricardo Perrywinkles is down and out. Slick Willard can now be easily dispatched by Cain.

NOW WE”RE TALKIN:
Appearing on the Nashville-based nationally syndicated Steve Gill Show today GOP Presidential candidate Herman Cain specifically mentioned Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) as the type of people he would consider a good fit for his Cabinet or for the Vice Presidential slot on his ticket. “I will be looking for someone as Vice President who understands problem solving the same way that I do,” Cain noted. “There might be different styles of leadership but there is only one formula for successful leadership: making sure you know how to identify the right problem, set the right priorities, and surround yourself with good people. You can’t be so egotistical that you are afraid to hire people smarter than you.”

“There are some people in Congress that are very, very good and who I respect and admire and would love to have on my team whether in a VP slot or a Cabinet position,” Cain explained as he pointed out that a Vice President who has some Washington, DC experience would be an asset and fill the blanks in his own career. “Based upon my thinking today I would probably look for someone who has had experience in Congress — not so much with the attitude of ‘here’s how we have to do it’ but rather because they know how it has been done and here’s what we have to do differently.” Cain also noted that at some point he hopes to involve former House Speaker Newt Gingrich in his efforts because he is a “brilliant mind” who brings so much “knowledge and insight to the process of solving our problems.”

The Steve Gill Show airs in national syndication through Radio America on over 40 stations across the country.

Much like what the government does with unemployment statistics, the following chart represents a 4-poll "rolling average" for the latest 20 polls listed at RealClearPolitics.com.

I also weighted these polls by their size. For example, poll with a survey size of 1000 was weighted proportionately heavier than an 324 survey size.

This charting method shows that not only is Herman Cain (at a 4-poll weighted average of 27.1%) ahead of Romney's (25.5%), but he has not peaked yet. He is still climbing!

4-Poll Rolling Averages of the latest 20 Polls listed at RCP

Here is a table showing the LAST 3 sets of data points in that chart...

WEIGHTED Average Polling Data

It’s important for conservatives to coalesce around a single anti-Romney candidate.

Rick Perry is my first choice for PRESIDENT but I realize he is not a viable CANDIDATE.

For the sake of conservative unity against Romney, I am now supporting Herman Cain, despite my reservations.

I strongly hope Cain makes it clear that 999 is not set in stone and that he, as a candidate, is bigger than a single tax package that he currently happens to support.

I knew Perry was just going to keep losing support. The primary factor wasn't that he can't debate whatsoever, but the fact he supports illegal immigration. A lot of people supported him too quickly looking for someone other than Romney only to drop that support when they found out he has supported illegal immigration with both words, and even worse, action.

I honestly can't see how anyone could have supported Perry while knowing his view on illegal immigration. I'm supporting Herman Cain considering he's Conservative and leading everyone except the liberal Romney who's not any worse than the liberal Perry.

I can understand people supporting the lower polling Conservatives, but I can't see how people would still support Perry or Romney while considering themselves Conservatives. They will never get my vote even if they win the nomination. There are still some people I would vote for other than Cain who aren't doing too good right now, but I am supporting Herman Cain unless something changes.
