Oh, and the rain capture is a big deal. In this area we can get massive downpours that last an hour or more. It’s why I have really good ditches on the driveway when it comes up the hill from the valley.
I’m looking at building a system of these (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intermediate_bulk_container) for rain capture. They hold 275 gal, can stack 3 high full.
