Iran can continually lie and get caught concerning their nuclear program. They openly call for Israel's destruction. They are and have been the leading sponsors of terror around the world for decades.

However, THIS incident is what's considered "over the top".....? Smells a bit like Gulf of Tonkin.

This whole Iran bomb the Saudi/Israeli concoction stinks of a Clinton style diversion.

“Gunwalker” IMO is the end of Obama, Holder, and this Iran crap is just another attempt to stall the inevitable.

I think the premise of Gunwalker “Fast & Furious”, and all the other associated BATFE operations from Arizona to Houston to Florida, and elsewhere also stink of the Clintons.

It’s their typical modus Operandi, and the collateral damage as far as they are concerned is nothing, as winning their goals is far more important than some dead people.

Vice President Joe Biden said today that "nothing has been taken off the table"

Isn't it a bit of a task to take anything off the table when there is nothing on it?

Hussein might attack Iran as the campaign heats up. Waggy Doggy instead of Hopey Changey.

Clearly we need to give more funding to the UN, so they can establish a multinational committe to study this situation and perhaps send a strongly worded message to the Iranians. Wouldn’t want it to escalate. Of course, they’ll also need travel expenses to the French Riveria for their meetings, a task force to do research on why the Iranians hate everyone, funding for bribes, oops, I mean, humanitarian aid, etc. Eventually they might even bring it to a vote in the UN Security Council, which the Russians and Chinese would of course, then veto. But, hey, we DID something.

Now explain to me how he or 0 are going to keep these promises when he is DOWNSIZING the Military by 90.000?

And you can bet a dime it won’t be the Brass he goes after, they already have their retirement vested.

Navy is 3,000 CPO’s...with no vested retirement.

Think about it. Why would Iran want to attack on US soil when there are softer targets. How would the US likely respond, bombing the Iranian nuclear reactors, possibly forcing a regime change. If you were the Iranian government you would you want nuclear weapons before confronting the US. What would Iran gain if this plot had succeeded, very little compared what would they stand to lose a great deal.
