Romney- phony. slick. He must grate on peoples' nerves. Not likable. Bachmann- Ametuerish (sp), cheap shot re: 999 Cain- No nonsense. Genuine. Not quite ready though. Newt- The whole package deluxe but too much baggage. Perry- Genuine. Experienced. I could support. Santorum- Strong conservative. Could support.
If this is it, the Republic is in serious trouble.
Cain- No nonsense. Genuine. I’d vote for him in a heartbeat. Newt would make a great VP.
My thoughts are:
Perry - not Presidental material. Supports illegal aliens.
Romney - Too much the politician. Not for me!
Santorum - Don’t care for his policies.
Bachmann - Too self centered. Comments on her children at every chance. I’m more concerned with the country and not her family.
Paul - I like, but don’t agree with his foreign policies, ie Isreal.
All of my favorites aquitted themselves well, although Cain clearly fumbled the 'who's your favorite fed chairman' question. Paul got that one right.
Not that it'll matter in the end though. This race isn't going to be determined by any more debates - any damage that will be done has been done.
Sounds to me like you’re judging American Idol.
Any opinions on the candidates plans?
He must grate on peoples’ nerves.

amen.
i will not vote for romney, even if he is the rino-regime’s choice.
Romney and Perry come across as liars...used car salesmen.
Bachmann comes across as a NUT.
Santorum comes across polished and accomplished...but I do not believe the USA will elect another SoCon that is so unabashedly so.
I liked Cain.
1. Newt
2. Cain
3. One of the guys who will probably win because I suck at pickin' 'em.
Romney - fake, something I don’t trust about him.
Perry - did well...finally. Answered well. Didn’t get enough questions.
Cain - needs more than 999. Was challenged more because of the polls. He got a little angry with Paul. Greenspan answer won’t go over well.
Newt - best debater but can’t win.
Santorum - can’t get past his sneer
Bachmann - Quoted again things she ‘heard’ 3rd hand. Hard to trust facts now.
Ron Paul - he did the same as always
I liked Cain, Newt, and Perry. I believe Perry benefited greatly by not coming off as ‘bad’ as he did in previous debates. He left himself an easy act to follow.
I came away supporting Cain even more. If Romney is our nominee, once people tune in and listen to him, we are SCREWED. He is the quintessential, “ya gotta check to see if you still have your wallet” thing after he speaks. He is King of the Slimeballs.
My choices in order for VP are Bachmann, Santorum, and (perhaps) Cain.
The rest are out.
Once again.... Palin won this debate hands down.
just my opinion...
Turn out the lights the GOP party is over.Would any one really travel 30 minutes to see any of them speak.
I picked the wrong day to stop drinking.
Rick Perry didn’t make himself worse off for the first time. Congratulations, Rick!
Cain was fine but nervous and a little tight. He did well enough but could have done a little more good for himself if he had spoken more broadly.
Romney is smart, informed, experienced, disciplined, hardworking, and well-prepared. Too bad he’s an unprincipled, untrustworthy flip-flopper.
Bachmann and Santorum are nice enough and talented enough and goshdarnit people like them. Just not enough people. I hope we have fewer people on stage at some point.
Newt was Newt which is to say smart, knowledgeable, and on point. Too bad he allowed his character lapses to long ago disqualify himself.
Ron Paul should have shone tonight but didn’t. He just doesn’t know how to make friends.
Huntsman should be outside washing everybody’s cars.
Actors, bad ones, hams, declaiming stiffly their memorized monologues. Yawn!
In fact, with such perfomances, one sympathizes with the weak one, where the performer looks real, and such was Perry.
Newt was made of awesome, Romney is a political weathervane but a great debater, Perry is a solid governor but a terrible debater, Cain is a one trick pony but is a solid conservative, the rest were painful. We have three options. Elect Newt, draft someone else, or kiss the Republic goodbye.
Is it me, or does it seem the group did better as a whole when they all thought Palin might be entering the ring?
Cain displayed his Hufflepuff colors.
His Greenspan comment was horrible. Otherwise he was good.
Mitt reminds me of Guy Smiley.
Perry seemed like his five hour energy kicked in halfway through. Then he did great then.
Michelle, goodness. She looked lovely but always comes off like she is in the middle of a cat fight. She has some great points.
I adore Rick Santorum but he needs to stick to subbing for Bill Bennett. He’s brilliant at it.
Paul’s eyebrow was falling off so I missed most of what he said.
NEWT!!!! Brilliant!!! Too bad he is an establishment GOP guy.
And that other dude, Ugh. He’s like a Lego Minifig. You can get the idea of who he is supposed to be but he is still plastic and small.
The only two candidates I'd never consider voting for are Romney and Paul. The scumbag and the kook.
