It's not over 'til it's over, as Mr. Lombardi famously said, and I have no doubt that Obama, Holder and all their cronies wish to God this would be over. Despite all their efforts at denial, combined with the cover provided their media lackeys, this whole affair could still very well spell their downfall.

Just a few things I’ve heard through the grapevine:
Issa wanted to make sure he had enough goods on Holder before going to an SP precisely to make sure the SP did his/her job. In other words, he’s got cards he can play if the SP decides to dance.
Major Dems are furious at what Dumb0 threatens to do to the party as a whole (or “hole” if you prefer). They do not like the fact that Dumb0 risks taking the trough away from the Dem party for a long, long time. They also have a vested interest in seeing Dumb0 go down. Expect Dems to line up demanding answers if only to further distance themselves from Dumb0 the Anchor before Novemeber ‘12.
The reporterette from CBS seems determined to follow this through, including accusing WH and DOJ flacks of screaming at her on the phone when she asked “what did Holder know and when did he know it”.
MSMers will spew the party dogma unless there’s a Pulitzer on the line (they ALL went into journalism to be the next Woodward/Bernstein).
And if you’ve lost the Dan Rather/Mary Mapes network, you’re screwed.
I doubt the Democrats would convict Obama of impeachment, and I don't even think the Republicans would attempt an impeachment. I think they would use Obama's refusal as an election tool, and hammer him on dereliction of office responsibilities, or at least I would hope they would.
They are all withholding the truth from the People. If they would have told the truth from the beginning, Bam Bam would not be President. Nobody has the guts to report the truth for fear of career loss.
