China has internal problems and this is mostly to feed the masses. If a conflict breaks out. Three Gorges Dam and seaports are the only target worth hitting. They could cripple China for decades if they were taken out. Forget everything else.

Don't forget Hainan Island. It make take a couple of B-2's dropping four MOP's(Massive Ordinance Penetrator) to get to the sub pens there, but it's one of the reasons that W signed off on the $800 million emergency allocation to have the necessary modifications done to allow the B-2 to fly them.
