Shes as guilty as homemade sin.
Innocent people don’t make up a string of alibis that fall apart the minute the phone records are examined. “I was at my boyfriends, sleeping,,phones off”. “No wait,, we rented movies online.
“What? My boyfriend said something different and our computer records show that didnt happen?”
“Ok,, then i was there when the Bar owner did it,,covering my ears for an eternity as she was murdered”
“What??,, 100 people were with him ALL night?
Ohh,, guess i better do some cartwheels.
PS,,, ever notice, none of the other 2 roomates seem to be defending Amanda? They got her number, thats why.
Yep, the psycho-skank Knox has gotten away with murder. Oh well... only a fool depends on a justice system for justice. It’s up to the murdered girl’s family to seek justice now, if that’s what they want.
oh, good grief - You’d make a good Italian poliziotto...
I agree.
The more I read about the testimony, the more convinced I became that she was lying. I couldn’t agree with you more strongly. If someone has an alibi, they should be able to just come right out and say it.
The simple truth most often rings with authenticity, and deceit and deception is like a rotting carcass that smells worse with every passing day and every change in its condition. When someone gives an alibi that is not only changed, but dramatically changed multiple times that alone usually sets off truth detectors.
I’m not necessarily a pro-cop kind of person by default, but I have found out over the years that most cops, even the run-of-the-mill street cops, have a BS detector that is fairly well calibrated and attuned. Perhaps it is because their job often requires them to deal with some of the worst parts of society, but they seem to know better than anybody when a story smells fishy.
My impression that Knox knows more than she divulged to the police, but 1) highly unlikely a murderer; and 2) there is no evidence that proves her participation in murder beyond reasonable doubt (actually in her case - doubts are overwhelming). If Knox verdict were upheld, it would be indeed bad news - that anyone could be easily framed for murder, any link to the murder scene is enough...
well no she’s not guilty and just declared that.
They have their man..Guede or whatever his name is...all the evidence clearly pointed to him. He had a history of using knives, ran from the scene, had previous charges of breaking and entering, was kicked out of the home he had known for his lies and consistant trouble making...etc etc etc....Additionally his bloody handprint on the pillow...he confessed to one of his family members...and other evidence.
When you look at the actual behavior of knox and her guy...it does not fit someone who has committed the type of murder this was....no criminal history....no behavior issues...and their actions from beginning to the end of the investigation do not fit those who commit such crimes. Not to mention there was no evidence which could implicate them at all.....the police went back 16 hours later to try and find something which would support their theory rather than use the clear evidence and who it pointed to to begin with...which was Guede.
