We all trip and slip along our way in life but Herman Cain is the candidate that I think will take us to the White House and rid our country of that nothing that illegally occupies the office for now. To use a life analogy that I was taught at a very young age, every fish meal has bones in it - you just pick them out - and enjoy the meal. Cain may have a few bones as we all do, but he will make the perfect President of the country that I love and served.

Is Herman Cain a serious contender for the Republican presidential nomination?

Herman Cain played the race card yesterday. He will get my vote only if it becomes a choice between him and 0bama.

I think he's a plant, in place to split the Republican party. If he does not win the primary, then he will likely throw his support to 0bama saying Republicans will never support a candidate of African descent.

Cain needs to stay out of these drive-by, amateurish, high-school, pyssing contests the media enjoys playing up so much.

I heard Herman Cain say something deeply disturbing a few minutes ago on Hannity’s show. He used the word “irregardless,” which of course is not a word at all. He has lost the pedantic vote.

Romney and Huntsman are not conservatives and Perry is disqualified by his support of illegals.

Paul and Johnson are libertarians.

Of Cain, Gingrich, Bachmann and Santorum: Santorum has shown little ability to generate support for himself. Gingrich is smart, but sometimes wavers from principle and is an inviting target for the MSM. Bachmann and Cain are both generally solid on conservative principles in the social, economic and national defense areas, but Cain has stronger leadership and executive abilities.

So of the field, I’m with Cain now.

I do think it is a mistake for the Republicans to move up the primaries to such early dates. We should have more time to weed out the field, not less. Palin may still play the wild card.

Herman Cain is not perfect, but in my book HE IS THE REAL DEAL and one of the best we can hope for, he will vanquish Barack Obama in a national landslide of historic proportions (unemployment will be over 10% by election day IMHO, and in real terms at least 22/23%). Coalescing behind Herman Cain HOW in a united conservative fashion in a preemptive, early STOP ROMNEY/STOP PERRY movement in my opinion is of prime importance--why do I know this? The MEDIA and the WHITE HOUSE CANNOT STAND IT!. We cannot wait for "her" all day in my opinion. Things are in fast play now, the game is WELL UNDERWAY.

I am so glad to see more and more people taking Cain more seriously as a candidate.
