This woman was railroaded and the slimy Prosecutor said he is going to charge her again because there is no double jeopardy there. If I was her, I would get out of Italy as fast as possible.
Damn right she was. She appears to be a either a real ditz, overly kind and unassuming, or a combination.
If that Prosecutor didn't have papers ready to file in court, he didn't really want to try this case again. He's hoping she leaves town like now.
I don’t think he’ll file to prosecute again. After the judge read the verdict, he went down to the floor, smiled at Amanda and hugged her. This was the right thing to do. Neither Knox or her boyfriend were involved in this. The African who was found guilty did this. He admitted to his cellmates they weren’t involved. The cellmates testified for the defense and they received nothing for their testimony, either.
I agree with you that she was railroaded. I don’t think she or her boyfriend had anything to do with it.
The evidence just wasn’t there. This case was the worst case of evidence tampering and cross contamination.
Now the other perp they also put away for it, I do believe did it!
I think if you haven’t followed the case, maybe you shouldn’t comment that because they have money she was set free. I think that family went through hell and they deserve this victory!
