Cain elaborated, “they do not believe people should be here without documentation. They do not believe global warming is a crisis or a threat. Yes it might be a little bit out there, but they don’t see it as a crisis or a threat."

How do you get there from here? You do know how to read, don't you?

I do, apparently you don't. Those are his quotes in the article. He was going through a list of positions he felt conservatives would have an issue with Christie over.

"Most of the conservatives believe that we should enforce our borders,” Cain elaborated, “they do not believe people should be here without documentation. They do not believe global warming is a crisis or a threat. Yes it might be a little bit out there, but they don’t see it as a crisis or a threat. And as you go right down the line, he’s going to turn off a lot of conservatives with those positions.”

Cain said we're "out there" to hold that position on global warning and used "they" to distance himself. Sorry you couldn't comprehend what he said but please don't insinuate I can't understand a clearly articulated thought from Mr.Cain that is neither admirable nor conservative.
