Joking aside, I know what you mean. Obama is losing in the polls and looking at a huge massive in ‘12 [or as Axelrod put it, ‘titanic’]. He’s in a horrible mood, and would love to take it out on someone or something. Worry over losing more of the Jewish vote than he’s already squandered should constrain his baser instincts, but we shall see.
