Being intelligent or ethical doesn't seem to be a prereq to run a major corporation these days.
As a longtime business owner, and one who deals with high end businesses, the man would never even been asked to interview for a CEO position.
The genius of his promoters is that they manipulated public perception to accept this guy as legitimate. Those people could get an interview for CEO for the singular accomplishment of successfully selling this piece of nothing to the citizens of the USA.

Obama as a CEO? Maybe in an alternative universe. Hell, he’s never worked for a company, never worked a day in his life, never earned a promotion, never managed people, and never met a payroll.
