They tend to get these mixed up:
PROVIDE for the common defense
PROMOTE the GENERAL welfare (of the country as a whole)

Jarrett speaks 100% for Obama.....it’s all about spreading the wealth and granting welfare for those who will not work....free ride...on the backs of every worker. Time to shake them off!
