It’s a violation of free speech. The White House has no roll in deciding what Ford can and can’t say.
Socialist bastards!
I liked the ad ... and I will never, ever buy a GM or Chrysler.
The ad was a bit hypocritical...

Avoid the issue altogether by buying used cars instead...
Great pic, Jeff !
If Ford caved, then buying foreign or used is best. I buy used DVDs so no royalties are being paid to commie stars.
There was a time in the not-too-distant past where that was referred to as 'fascism'.
Totally agree, my next SUV is a FORD Explorer, after having a Dodge for 10 years.
I know, but saying it invokes a derivative of Godwin’s law.
However, I just saw the ad on CBS.
Rumors of the WH coercion are only helping Ford.
figures.
On penalty of DEATH, I will never buy a Government Motors vehicle.
FUBO and stick a Volt up ur A$$
Just added 2 2011 Ford E-250 to our service department.
Ford, why don’t you run a series of ads about the Constitution?
obama has tried his best to take care of that one also.
I hate to tell the “White House” this but I am buying a car in the next two weeks and...it will be a Ford!!
That is true. I don’t know where Obama thinks he has the right to tell a private company what they can have in an ad. Talk about overstepping and power grabbing.
I really do think turn-out is the key. We need to all remind younger people to get registered, many don’t seem to realize they need to do that in advance. Also if you know any younger people in the military we need to encourage them to get an absentee ballot even if they are not deployed- I know when my son-in-law was in the Army they did not let them off duty to vote and his unit was doing training exercises and didn’t get off duty in time to vote when Obama was elected.
I bought a Ford Fusion in 2010 after about 40 years of driving GM products. Never again ... I don’t deal in stolen goods. GM was stolen from its bondholders, and everything it produces is stolen goods in my opinion.
