Now they are trying to make it seem like a joke. Probably because:

Perdue’s press secretary, Chris Mackey, claims the Governor was joking when she made the comment.

Gov must be ducking and covering from INCOMING for making such a stupid 'joke'.

Gov must have learned that skill from a class or two at the John Kerry School of Joke Telling.
