I really would hate for a snit to start brewing between Palin and Cain supporters. The two groups are seriously united in most ways.

IF Palin chooses not to run, I firmly believe that she will support Cain.

If she does run, I can seriously see those two teaming up.

There appears to be a mutual respect and I can't see them ripping each other to shreds.

I like Cain. I want to see more of him, and if the FL straw poll is any indication, I’d like to see how he holds up to being a perceived front-runner. Of course, straw polls don’t mean much, as Michelle Bachmann found out after Iowa.

I like Cain, too! (But he seriously needs to ditch the 9-9-9, “worst of all worlds”, plan)

However, I only keep seeing from posters how Sarah Palin doesn’t like anyone so far in the race, and how she is about to announce, because no one is good enough for her. I’m not sure either of those assertions are true, but this news is good for Herman Cain.

Mr. Cain can say the same things as Sarah Palin and not have the media jump all over him.

The joy of a Palin/Cain ticket which will make liberals brains liquefy would be a joy to behold.

I like Sarah a lot and if she runs I’ll be going all in with her. Bachmann and Cain are my next choices. If Sarah doesn’t run and Bachmann falls by the wayside, Cain is my man. No way in hell will I support or vote for Romney and Perry seems to be stuck on stupid. Worse, he’s doubling down on it daily.

Go, Sarah!!

Agree on both counts. :-)

And neither of them can be bought. Period.

I think Herman Cain may be better overall, he’s got a numbers brain like Paul Ryan, he CAN do the analysis and come up with solutions. And Sarah has a lot of terrific leadership qualities and has balanced budgets of her own state...I just think Herman’s analytical capabilities are stronger. Those two would be/are formidable. :-)

I for one like Mr Cain and Mrs Palin and would be equally as comfortable if either were President or Vice President.
Or, one President and the other Vice President.:)

There’s really no major philosophical differences between these two. So there is nothing to attack. They should both concentrate on making the best case against Obama and Romney, and let the primary voters then decide who is best to take on Obama in 2012.

Since the crony capitalism speech by Palin and the debate the other night, I have been wondering if she might come out and endorse Cain. I’ve never thought she would run this time - though she might - but I do know she and Cain get along very well and obviously there would be a lot about a Cain candidacy that Palin would love.

As far as teaming up on a ticket? I don’t see either having any interest in the VP spot, especially Palin.
