Post 9/11; has pushed us into such dangerous environs globally; and with now, a jihadist-morphed, Middle East (with due credit to Obama) and the rest of the world morphing into foment of threats; think we need a both, a fearsome and intelligent. . .and experienced Leader.
Think the only one thus far, on our current roster of candidates who fills that niche; is Newt Gringrich. We know the 'devil in his details' (i.e. 'no surprises); and so think we should not obsess about his past personal, issues; but rather, we should be focused not only on our economy; but our world-wide portents.
Newt has 'been there' and as of now; think he is the most qualified, to 'be there' again.
Newt appreciates our history and the world's; and appreciates, like none of the others can; the all too real threats, per a history repeating itself.
Warnings notwithstanding; can only be dismayed that many Repubs appear to be voting per these polls; as if this were an American Idol run.
We have been there; with 'that' winner; and America's losses thus far; incalculable. . .
Being elected does not automatically make a person a leader.
Turning around failing businesses, buying them and running them does.
Chairing the Federal Reserve and serving on numerous Boards of Directors does.
Politicians got us into this mess. A businessman can get us out.
keep harkening back to what Cain said previously. that DC has the xperience but...how’s THAT working out fo reveryone? He has PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE. They are AFRAID of Cain.
