A national sales tax will create a vast black market economy.A VAT allows no evasion and a VAT can be constructed the way cigarette and alcohol taxes are.One time at factory of origin or port of entry.

But I'm opposed to Mr. Cain not his tax plan.He has zero world experience and has demonstrated little knowledge or grasp in the debates. We already have a POTUS incapable of responding to the 3AM phone call, and we've decried his lack of knowledge.We should not back Mr. Cain just because he's a conservative with business experience.
