It’s very naive to think they’ll just lock themselves up somewhere and shoot up until they die. That’s not the way it works. Doesn’t now, and won’t if hard drugs were legalized.
They'll die all right but on the way out they will take you or a loved one. Maybe rape a daughter, girlfriend or wife. All those trashy druggie people will be robbing and stealing and assaulting and killing just to get the money to buy the drugs you have made legal. I had a neighbor on oxycodone. What a pain in the arse he was. Multiply him by 50 million when morons like you finally get all these poisons made legal. You are dumber than the druggies who you want to see die
We will end up with more people living under the influence of drugs throughout out society.
The junkies' children will be our collective problem.
Our fellow workers on the job will jeopardize OUR safety and well-being through their irresponsible drug abuse. A lot of jobs demand clear, sober thinking in life-or-death situations.
More stoned drivers will be behind the wheel of automobiles.
Legalizing drugs does not address the problem of people abusing drugs and choosing irresponsible behavior to the detriment of all of society.
