A Texas Dream Act applicant must testify on the official state form that he/she intends to apply for legal status......but probably has no intention of ever doing so. The evidence shows many immigrants go back to their home countries. In some states, falsifying official documents incurs felony charges for first-degree tampering with public records, first-degree offering of a false instrument for filing, fourth-degree grand larceny, and first-degree falsifying of official records............Perry probably gives out cash awards.

Apparently, TX residency doesn’t require US citizenship to achieve state residency. Then the tuition debate boils down to a legal residency debate........a non-US resident should not be able to obtain state citizenship anywhere until they are a legal US citizen. Subsidized in-state college tuition should require legal citizenship of both the Nation and the state because the fed/govt subsidizes the tuition....... this is in every tax-paying citizen’s interest.........

A key question Perry failed to tell American is the number of identities legals and illegals are using.

Jose Madrigal, the Washington state rapist, had some 30 identities.
All of them riding the US gravy train. All of them cashing numerous
govt checks. And, as Perry knows well---all of the identities are voting.

Illegals are more likely to be collecting government checks than picking crops......despite the incessant latino-as-victim propaganda. One illegal used several identities obtained with forged documents to collect some $3.5 million unemployment checks..........and was convicted of identity theft.

========================

REFERENCE---illegals use numerous fake identities b/c they know it makes them harder to track. They got scams galore......they could be using one identity for in-state tuition, another to apply for legal status, and several more to ride the US gravy train. "Impoverished" illegals establish multiple identities by buying forged and falsified documents for several thousand dollars.

====================================

RIDING THE US GRAVY TRAIN An "impoverished" illegal gets a job mowing lawns for $5.00 or 6.00/hour. At that low wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, so each year, he files an Income Tax Return to get "EITC---earned income credit" of up to $3,200 scot-free. He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent. He qualifies for food stamps and no deductible, no co-pay free health care. His children get free school breakfasts and lunches. The kids qualify for monthly SSI checks when they fake ADD; the illegal and his wife get SSI if they fake being aged, blind or disabled; SSI qualifies them for Medicare. Plus illegals don't worry about pricey items like car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance, and qualifies for relief from high energy bills.

NOTE WELL: Earned Income Tax Credit is available only to immigrant workers who obtain legal work status. But the law allows immigrants to claim EITC for up to three years prior to obtaining that status. Workers simply file a tax return for the years in which they were not legally eligible to work in the US. The most widespread abuse stems from the requirement that children live with the worker for more than six months of the year. IRS does little to verify the claim. Many immigrants falsify applications, claiming non-existent children, or claiming children who they’ve left behind with relatives. Those with two or more children and income below $32,121 could get as much as $4,008. It is estimated that illegals got $22 billion EITC.

My great grandfather spent 4 years living in Canada waiting for approval to come to America after swearing his intent to immigrate from Austria.

The PerryBots like to say the ILLEGAL invaders' children have to be 'seeking citizenship' to qualify for instate tuition. Heck, Perry himself said that. But it is not possible for an ILLEGAL alien to apply for citizenship -- they must first seek 'legal status'.

I can see how that subtle difference in wording yet enormous difference in meaning would escape a PerryBot but one would think that the governor of Texas who wants to be the next POTUS would know the difference. Then again, as Perry proved in last night's debate, he's not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer.

LOL. I was the first one that pointed out, that illegals would get unearned income tax credit in arrears, in the Jorge amnesty bill, I would bet Perry has the same bill ready.

Ex employee of mine moves into a rental house. He receives a envelope addressed to a Latino female...senorita mexicano.

He’s opening his mail, and opens this one by accident. Inside was one of those EBT cards with a phone number to call for questions, and to verify current amount available. Curiosity got the best of him. He called the number to check the amount available. 7 grand was available. seven thousand dollars. $7000.00

When he told me, I didn’t believe him. He pulled the EBT card from his wallet. Put his cell phone on speaker, and dialed the number on the back of the card. I heard it with my own ears. $7000.00 was available on Senorita Mexicano’s EBT card.

Unbelievable. Meanwhile, Perry adds to their list of benefits with the privilege of instate tuition for illegals. He justifies his instate tuition with (paraphrased) ‘well, it’s better than having them on welfare for the rest of their lives. Yes, he said this during the debate.’

What Senor Perry misses is that illegals should not be eligible to receive welfare, foodstamps, free housing, free healthcare, etc, in the first ‘daggum’ place.

It’s no wonder they are all scrambling to get here as fast as they can...they’d be fools not to. But the real fools are American CITIZENS who pay the taxes which supports this crap.

There is no way Perry can argue, (without lying) he is opposed to illegal immigration. Not when he attempts to justify why he supports instate tuition for illegals. That dog won’t hunt, Gov Perry.

Note: Gov Perry is also opposed to Arizona’s illegal immigration law. He’s says it’s just not right for Texas.
Well Gov Perry, when it comes to illegal immigration, what exactly do you think is right for Texas? Providing them with even more benefits than they already have?
