Axelrod joins Solyndra chorus: ‘I know nothing about the project’

Former Obama adviser David Axelrod joined the growing list of administration officials with a case of amnesia about bankrupt solar company Solyndra.
Speaking to Chicago radio station WLS, Axelrod — now working on Obama’s re-election campaign — said he knew nothing about, or anyone associated with, Solyndra. The solar company received a $535 million loan from the Department of Energy (DOE) only to go bankrupt in August. It has since been raided by the FBI and come under the microscope of federal investigators.
“I don’t know anybody associated with Solyndra and I know nothing about the project,” Axelrod told the radio station Thursday.

Former White House chief of staff and current Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel also denied any knowledge of the Solyndra deal last week.

He might be right....but then it means that he really doesn’t run day-to-day operations and lets just about any idiot see the president or major players of the administration.

He’s lying. Axelrod was in all of the early Obama meetings. Eyebrows were raised when this political hack even attended top secret security briefings.

The gov’t employees who sat in those Solyndra meetings can NOT take the 5th if called before Congress. Anyone know if Issa’s committee has called/subpoeaned them?
Morning Joe has declared there is “no there there” regarding Solyndra. Joe said he hasn’t really followed the story as did Harold Ford, Jr. I thought these people were supposed to stay on top of news stories. But I feel better knowing that there is nothing to this story and that the congressional hearings can be canceled. I guess I shouldn’t be shocked that MSNBC is totally covering for Obama. Makes me sick, still.
This “early dementia” strategy gets old quick. So many of these bums who “can’t recall” anything need placed behind bars. As comedian George Wallace would say: “They need their ass kicked”.
Obama and his entire administration are just liars. I hate them all.
I may have to agree. I get raided by the FBI just about every other day. No big deal.
Lehman Brothers was heavily invested in Wind and Solar and was one of the reasons why it went under.
