Same question to you: If the general election choices are Obama v. Romney v. Palin, who are you voting for? If Palin ran as a third-party candidate, it wouldn't matter, as Obama would be re-elected. If Palin runs and does not win the GOP nod, I'm confident she would support the GOP candidate.
At this point, I'm guessing she'll sit this one out entirely.

Why not just answer the question as asked? It's a hypothetical.
I'll say it right now: I'd vote for Palin. Romney and Obama are two peas in a pod.
