The Texas law makes no mention of illegal aliens or those applying for citizenship, which is done in their home country. We have 4 million intending legal aliens who have gone thru all of the background checks and physical exams and are awaiting their turn to enter this country overseas legally. Why should anyone who entered illegally get to the head of the line?
