Agreed. It seems that he either can't organize his thoughts or can't articulate them concisely.
Perry is really off tonight. I guess it’s all that campaigning in NYC. It takes a toll.

He doesn’t articulate OR organize his thoughts. He always seems vaguely shocked that he’s actually being asked a question. And when he’s being “attacked,” he looks bemusedly into the camera with his eyebrows raised. Wierd.
I just can’t see voting for this guy. And it’s not because I support Sarah. She may not run and I am going to have to pick somebody. It’ll take a lot to sway me to his side.
