I really like what I’m seeing on this post. I think we need to raise Cain on FR.

Palin/Cain - Just might be the largest landslide in U.S. history.

A ticket I could actually vote FOR instead of having to hold my nose while voting for the lesser of two evils...

Perry has come out officially for amnesty, though he won't call it that. He has explicitly stated that he is favor of giving legal status to the illegals.

After tonight, he's officially considering use of teleprompter too.

I don’t understand why people are hung up on the tuition issue.

PERRY HAS SAID HE WOULD LEGALIZE THE ILLEGALS!

That’s far more important than the tuition break.

Why do the stupid debate moderators focus on this tuition bit and NOT ASK HIM ABOUT HIS STATEMENT IN FAVOR OF LEGALIZING THE ILLEGALS!

Because Polls are not votes?

RuPaul should be institutionalized.

I didn't see the debate and I assume you are correct about Perry's stance on illegals as being a problem BUT are the exact same questions being put to the other candidates.

For instance, I've seen posted quotes by Palin on the issue and she seems remarkably similar to Perry. What about the others? Are they being vetted similarly?

isn’t there something peculiar about a federal MANDATE to the states and localities that they must educate (medicate/house/feed) children of illegal aliens, K-12, but then that same body, the Congress, makes it illegal to offer those same students in-state tuition if that’s the state’s choice ??

Illegal aliens should get no perks. This is insane. They should not even be in this country. We reward people with a sociopathic sense of entitlement for breaking our laws. How crazy is that?

and who signs an affidavit promising to seek permanent-legal-resident status in the United States if they become eligible for that status, is given in-state tuition at Texas public schools.

That simply isn't true. There is no such affidavit requirement. The law itself makes no mention of immigrantion status. 3 year residency is all that is required in addition to a high school degree or GED. You could be a 25 year old illegal with a GED and get in-state tuition.

Read the current legal challenge to the Texas law, Immigration Reform Coalition of Texas v. State of Texas (University of Houston),

Please. Romney is a rhino, but a RINO still is far better than Bama.

That is how eligibility is awarded. If you want, we can make it because he is more electable against Obama than any of the others, including Romney.

"Okay. That’s it! If Sarah is not going to run, I want Newt and Cain."

That is exactly where I am - this is the order in which I will vote in the primary: 1) Palin 2) Newt - if Palin doesn't run 3) Cain - if more of Newt's skeletons come out of the closet
