People best start volunteering information or a lot of them will go down when this whole thing comes to a head. By “going down”, I mean jail time.

There are a lot of people who should be looking at hard time here. But the Republicans lack the stones and the Democrats lack to moral fiber to do anything about this.

These recording make one wonder about the relationship between ATF and the dealer. It seems really odd to have a conversation like that with what is essentially a confidential informant.

Without even getting into the violation of export laws, stepping on the toes of the State Dept., and unleashing weapons onto the streets of Mexico, this isn't the way anybody else conducts a criminal investigation.

It is safe to say that even the most paranoid foil hatted conspiracy theorist would have a tough time expecting an operation this messed up.

Sounds like Leahy should be subpoenaed too.

Leahy, as we both know, has adjourned this inquiry right now, okay, with no plans to reconvene it.

So Leahy was supposed to bury this???

Watergate?

So “Fast and Furious” is nothing more than the cover-up of a third rate burglary, amplified into the “story of the decade”, by the anti-American CommieMedia?

The lesson is that they WERE, in fact, going to hang out to dry the man who trusted them —who was willing to HELP them.

If this dealer had not been suspicious and scared, he would be sitting in prison (maybe for life) right now.

If you TRUST these people you are STUPID.

History —what was the FIRST thing the FBI/ATF did as most of the fire died down on the smoking embers of Mount Carmel? They **raised the ATF flag on those very embers**, and filmed themselves doing it.

These were the people who were going to set up Richard Jewell too —they are CRIMINALS.

When the Watergate break-ins took place in 1972, President Richard Nixon knew nothing about them. But once he found out, he acted quickly to keep them secret, and it was his role in the cover-up that eventually led to his resignation in August 1974.

Big difference.

Then the MSM hated Nixon. Now it goes beyond love for Obama.

I remember the evening "news" on the TV networks back then.. sometimes Watergate was the only thing reported. Even from the very first mention of "proof" of a Nixon connection it was THE story.

A google news search got About 1,870 results for a news search for "fast and furious" (with the quotes)

The skid marks on Journalism's shorts seem to be handling this is the usual manner: No Bush, No action. Run away!

What guidelines have the Society of Professional "Journalists" given the employees of MSM?

Within days of 9/11 the "Journalists" organization was out saying.. don't you dare mention Muslims and terror in the same article! But if you absolutely must.. then include examples of domestic terrorists like the people opposed to abortion.

Watergate was Watergate only because the press would not let the story die.

In this case, the press won’t let the story live.

The most anti-gun administration in history... wouldn’t it just beat all if their president is impeached for gunrunning: LOL!

That’s the thing with irony... it’s just so ironic.

I too find Andre Howard’s conduct odd. If he was just cooperating with the ATF and letting guns “walk” at the ATF’s direction, then I don’t understand why he is so personally invested in the coverup.
