More than a dozen courts have looked at Davis’ case and refused to overturn his death sentence. Moot point anyway. He has been executed.
I know he’s been executed. I just hope some future forensic evidence or methodology doesn’t show it was, in fact, ole “Red” who did it. Just more ammo for the anti-death penalty forces.
I sure hope this brings whatever measure of peace can be found for the McPhail family.
