Did a search of Getty Images and they have what I would presume is the original WITHOUT the hand waving.

I’m sure the photog got a lot of shots. After this outtake, he had to say “OK Barack, please do not wave at the camera” before he got the final official photo you saw at Getty. Somebody must have leaked this one to damage The Won.
Rush was talking about the MSM turning on the Bamster on his show today. Seriously, MSNBC posting this type of fake picture? They'd normally do anything to protect Dear Leader's image.

That statement is blatantly false. Look at the expressions on the faces of the others, in the photo where he is not waving. It is CLEARLY not the same photo.
They posted a sequence of photos, some with the handwave and some without. Photographers usually snap away one after another at things like this, and the handwave photo came at the very beginning.
So it’s possible that Getty Images has now removed the handwave photo, but it was there originally, along with the others without the wave.
Not photoshopped, but certainly not the photo used as the “official” photo of the group. Several pics were taken.
