Did a search of Getty Images and they have what I would presume is the original WITHOUT the hand waving.

I did a search on Getty Images and he is not waving. This one is a photoshop.
I’m sure the photog got a lot of shots. After this outtake, he had to say “OK Barack, please do not wave at the camera” before he got the final official photo you saw at Getty. Somebody must have leaked this one to damage The Won.

My point was that Rush cited several stories that would've never been written a year ago. There's a trend that's beginning.
Rush's main premise was that the Libs (MSM) will not allow Obama to tank their precious liberal movement. They'll sacrifice him politically speaking before they allow him to totally destroy their party. Obama has ensured the Dems can no longer hide who they really are.

I have known that the guy was nuts for a while, but it seems as if he can no longer contain it while he is out in "the world".
