Louis Wayne Cuff went to jail. He was the receipt dropper. Maybe if he didn’t litter he would never have been caught.

“Thirty-three-year-old Louis Wayne Cuff was sentenced to 45 days in the Menominee County Jail, with credit for one day served. He also received six months probation.
Cuff bought food, such as steak and lobster, with his girlfriend’s bridge card and then sold the food for half the price.
“He wants to be eligible to go out on the work van. That’s all that my client wants is the opportunity to be gainfully employed once again. At the present time, he is unemployed,” stated Cuff’s attorney.”
