2 strokes are banned from highway use and have been for decades. Uh, uh. Just re-licensed my Yamaha IT250 in Washington State; no restrictions on public road usage.

Uh huh, uh huh. Older ones are grandfathered in, but new two strokes have been banned from US highway use since 1986. That’s why the Yammie RZ350 went away.
