I have a home brewed Irish stout in my fermenter right now. Needs a few more days until I will transfer to a secondary. Brewed a Canadian Blonde ale that has about another week conditioning in the bottles before I try it.

I’m double batching as I type this. The Old Chico Wheat is cooling and the 60 Shilling is mashing happily away.
