I think he crossed the wake turbulence of a leading aircraft in a turn
and the horizontal stabilizer was damaged from the wingtip vortices of the wake.

Thank you for the post of the accident aircraft. I disagree with your assessment of wingtip vortices as the cause. These aircraft too light to generate damaging vortices.
