If there’s an opt out, and since he admitted it was a mistake to sign a law without researching it, why not just rescind the law and make the vaccine optional? HPV is not a communicable disease, and quite frankly, its tantamount to encouraging young teens to have sex.
That's because Santorum is an ass and Bachmann is fading away. Also, I think Romney sounds real desperate tonight.

Gardasil is a serious threat to life, and has no effect on cancer whatsoever.
That all may be true, but Perry went about it the wrong way, and has owned up to it. I think that's honorable on his part.
