The unions will funnel a great deal of that money right back into the Obama campaign economy, and Hoffa and Trumka need their payoffs for bringing it to them. Looking around America I see many people doing exactly what their Mothers told them NOT to do when they were three years old...don't pay any attention to the name callers.

"Ignore them and they will shut up.". People call others names in hopes to embarass and intimidate them into cow-towing to their wishes.

Americans need to be brave enough and have enough to know inside that they are NOT what they are being called, and walk away.

Liberals want a fight, they're itching for it. They know everything else - their ideology, their ideas, and their leadership - has failed, big time. All they have left is insults, name-calling and intimidation.

Let them rant on...responding only shows them that they have gotten under our skin. Treat them like what they are - junior high students calling you a "do-do head". It's childish, inane, and stupid to respond to such malarkey.

The IBT Constitution states that monthly dues shall be an amount equivalent to 2-1/4 times the members hourly wage.

There is an exception for Public Employee units to have a reduced dues, with approval from the Local and the IBT. James Hoffa would not fall into the Public Employee category and should pay the base rate for his dues.

In 2009, Hoffa had a reported compensation of over $368,000. While there are a lot of ways to break that down into an hourly, I can not find one that would put his dues at $75 a month.

Yes, James P Hoffa pays only $75 a month in dues while putting over $368,000 in compensation from the members dues into his own check book, and spending thousands more on travel and perks.

I thought Hoffa said "son of bitches" which suggests something like nine mothers producing a Tea Partyer each month. OK. I've been on projects where the bossman demanded that.

But I just read that Hoffa said "son of a bitches". Now I don't know what to think other than he was just plain drunk.

Jimmy Hoffa (head of AFL-CIO) recently gave a speech introducing Obama, said to the affect we are Obama’s soldiers on the ground, “now let’s take those son’s of bitches out” – referring to Tea Party Patriots.

We can all give some grief to Hoffa and his union by boycotting UPS which uses union workers, while FED EX does not. PLEASE PLEASE avoid UPS through this year and use FED EX. Even if it costs you a few cents more, it is worth it to show Hoffa just who he is attacking and how much power we can wield. The holiday shipments are coming up soon – DO NOT use UPS PLEASE. Let’s make an impact in HOffa’s wallet and TAKE THAT SON OF A BITCH OUT!.
