Finally watched it myself: she didn't have the usual twinkle when she said she didn't know if she'd be entering: but on the other hand, she just looked dog-tired throughout.

This would indicate either something weighing on her (the decision itself, tactics of how to declare, planning an offensive against the until-recently-not-in-the-race-and-saying-he-wouldn't-run Perry, gearing up for the logistics to follow the announcement?)
