Thanks! Advocating for Palin for President inspires me.
I wore my new Palin 2012 t-shirt to a family reunion yesterday. I was prepared for the snide, negative comments but was quite surprised to hear only good comments. Once Palin announces, I’ll be using them a lot to start conversations to educate. I can’t wait!
Very cool. Reminds me of my last visit home to California to see my family who are ALL liberals. I was prepared, like you, for political warfare, but was very surprised by how civil they were when the subject of politics came up.
It was eight to one, but they listened patiently, and let me finish before asking other questions. Not a single one of them flew off the handle with me like they used to.
I couldn't figure out what had gotten into them at first, but then I realized that they'd had 15 months of the Obama pResidency to observe. I won't say that any of them will come into the light by next November, but there's a good chance that none of them will give Obama their vote.
RE: t-shirts
I’m going to browse CafePress.com tonight and see what they’ve got.
I bought my flag pin (just like Sarah’s) recently from the Freeper Stuff guy who used to sell from the FR homepage.
I hope she swings through my part of the country again soon. Iowa was a 3 hour drive. I should have went anyway. Rain or no rain.
