I'm not much of a Palin backer, but I would say this is very good. Insightful, plain spoken, almost reminiscent of Ronnie...

She’s not writing off any state or any segment of the population. Remember how she wanted to head on up to Michigan to try to win it in the 2008 campaign when McCain’s people were pulling out?

She’s going to boldly go into parts of the electorate that Republicans usually avoid and try to win them over with common-sense reason. Count on it.

I daily dose of Sarah might make you an Optimist be careful now.

President Obama’s taxpayer-funded campaign rally

Why aren't the spineless Republicans talking about this? The tax slaves can't afford to give Oboma another free ride. My gosh, we've supported this loser his entire life! Can't he at least pay his own bills for once?
I think, legally, something should be done about him stealing tax payer money like this.

what we should do is put Perry’s statement about hoffa’s speech side by side with Sarah’s to compare the two.

Oh wait, Perry has taken a rain check. Almost like he left the Tea Party to walk the plank on its own.

Union bosses are just members of the “gimme” class. All they want is more, and more, and more, of our children’s future. I will not stand for it.

I'm not a Perry supporter, but I'll give him a pass -- somewhere close to 1,000 homes have burnt due to Texas wildfires the past few days and he needs to be there and not on the campaign trail. (Besides, think of the political cartoons with him playing a fiddle [marked " presidential campaign"] while his state burns!)

I don't know too much about Perry yet, but I agree. He's got big problems in Texas right now.

7% of the private workforce is Unionized. She’s still not running. Nothing in this statement changes my thinking a dot.

James P. Hoffa and the teamsters union are a totally owned subsidiary of the DOJ.

Since the teamsters signed off on the Consent Decree the DOJ effectively runs the union under a federal trusteeship

Hoffa Lite doesn't sneeze without an OK from DOJ

.

She is very effective in this area—taking on the power structure. Crony capitalism, union bosses. Great post by her.

As such then, the sentiments expressed publicly by Hoffa, are in COMPLETE ALIGNMENT with the obama admin, and the atty gen’l. since they ARE the DOJ currently.

HOFFA was governmentally empowered to attack the Tea Party— since Hoffa is part of the US govt. by proxy. Very nice.

Someone major needs to point this out. Being in the Tea Party is an act of Constitutional patriotism, and nothing says this more than this display of govt. sanctioned encouragement of violence against US citizens— BECAUSE of their political beliefs. The ultimate endpoint in vertical integration of unions-— a govt. run truckers union. Cloward Piven at work very easily here.

I don’t see how anyone can say she is not running. Bought a house in Arizona. Turned down second season of Sarah Palin’s Alaska. Been to IA 3 times on high profile visits and NH twice. Continues to let O4P to spend time and money organizing. Reorganized her staff by adding a chief of staff (who ran Dole’s campiagn). I think only the blind can miss this.

This is a stunning piece of work by Palin. It works on so many levels. It displays a canny ability to quickly pounce and maximize a political opportunity. But any smart pol worth his or her salt could seize the same opportunity. This is a clarion call to the "Reagan Democrats". With Palin, though, it has the ring of truth, not mere cynical opportunism. This is why it's so damn effective. It is Palin. It dovetails with everything we know about her. It's utterly consistent with her history, her core beliefs, and the themes of her governing agenda.

Brilliant politics, sincere convictions, and she plants a roundhouse on Obama and his gang of thugs. It's all so damn good.
