Easy
2 cans of crushed pinapple and enough water to make 6 1/2 cups.
6 cups of sugar
2 pkts of certo.
Bring the pinapple to a rolling boil.. add the sugar..bring back to a boil.. Sprinkle in the certo and boil for 1 additional minute.
Water bath processing.
Jam by morning.
