Obama isn't personally writing all the giddy, moronic stuff he comes out with. Others do it for him. That's why presidents have highly-paid speech-writing teams.

He's too stupid to dream up by himself the catch phrases inserted in his blatherings. He simply reads them off of TOTUS.

Presidential speech writers throughout history always try to come up with memorable phrases, like "I have a dream", "A day that will live in infamy", "Ask not what your country can do for you", and "Ich bin ein jelly doughnut".

Obama's speech writers can't pull off any good ones because they are the lamest group of lumpen commie doofuses in American history.
