They probably do now, but many got “caught” without such a policy and would have been sued for “discrimination” if they tried to enforce that policy when they got mobbed.
I know I'm safe. I don't have time to be racist against blacks. I'm too busy being racist against the environment. I can't be everything to everybody all at the same time! I'm just one person!
