Here’s the strategy:

November 1st/2nd 2012 we need some sort of coastal weather event to keep the coastal blue voters from voting for Prez Urkel.

Everyone else votes for Perry. Then Perry can put Palin in charge of Energy and fill his cabinet with die hard conservatives (the few that are left).

Agreed. Most people actually lose respect if a candidate is perceived as trying to skip the debates. I know I do.

My guy was in from the get-go and we’re working hard to raise his name recognition but apparently everyone wants a politician. I always say that politicians got us into this mess, why don’t we give a non-politician a chance?

Onward!!

I would vote for Ronald McDonald against Obama and I would certainly vote for Bachman or Palin against Obama but I still say that American women don’t want a woman in the White House. If they did we would be cursing at the second president Clinton now rather than president Obama. I have mentioned this often to women I know and none of them has given me any reason to think I am overlooking or misinterpreting anything. They usually tell me something on the order of,”Almost all women would really prefer to work for a man than for a woman if given the choice.”

Of course the only thing for certain is that no one becomes president unless women allow it, they are after all the majority of registered voters.

Me too, Fred Thompson was the only person saying the right things in 2008 and I was very disappointed when he fizzled. I think much of his problem was that he simply looked old to people and that is unforgivable now. If the trend continues we will soon be electing 35 year old pretty boys and there will be a move to drop the age requirement for president to 18. Justin Bieber might be a strong candidate in a few years.

only the top 5 or so should be allowed in the debates, it's just distracting and a waste of precious time to have every idiot that applied up there.

All of this is coming from Ron Pauls deranged supporters, many of whom are posing as Palin supporters to try and drive a wedge between those two camps to the benefit of their lunatic candidate Paul.

Anyone who denies that Perry is a handsome man is flat out lying. He freaking looks like the marboro man, for goodness sake!

I have been watching those posters for awhile now and have come to the conclusion that they are not what they claim to be (Palin supporters) they are rabid Ron Paul supporters, pretending to be Palin supporters to try and drive a wedge between the two groups.

Well, I’m a palin supporter and nothing they, or the candidates, are doing are driving a wedge between me and the candidates.

I watched what happened to Palin; I participated in the threads defending her. I am giving Perry the same courtesy, because I think he might be the one who can stop Romney, and he might make a great conservative president. Not sure yet, but researching all the attacks certainly has made me feel more comfortable about him.

b) irrelevant since Sarah’s about to wade in and take it all away.

Please yes............

But if Sarah doesn't jump into the race, Perry is the only other choice, imo.

And then, from the same real Clear Politics site, there is that other composite poll. The one that stacks up each of the candidates individually against Obama. In that poll, even if you allow a few point sampling error, Perry gets trounced against Obama. Mitt Romney and Ron Paul do the best against Obama.

Looks like Perry is getting his support from a good chunk of the previously undecided voters.

I like that. Though, she should be in charge of dismantling the DoE. It's just one more useless department that does the exact opposite of it's name.

What the heck is Ron Paul's major malfunction? Why does he even bother? While being a true consevative (with isolationist libertarian leanings), he has never had a chance.

Why do these retreads keep running? Campaign cash? And while I'm at it - go away Newt and take your bud Hannity with you. Your day has passed.
